What started as a side skill soon became a career, fuelled by his love of making things work smarter. After earning a degree in Applied Geography, Robert spent his early career in GIS roles for Welsh Water and Cardiff Council, before moving into digital marketing at the University of Glamorgan.

In 2012, he co-founded Forte Web Solutions with one goal: help small businesses get more leads and keep them. These days, Robert focuses on creating customer journeys and automated systems that feel personal, timely, and effortless for clients. He's happiest when the technology fades into the background and the results speak for themselves.

Sue has a knack for helping people achieve more than they thought possible.

For over 30 years, she's worked in health and wellbeing, from running clinics in London and Cardiff to supporting world-class athletes – including guiding a Paralympic cyclist to gold. Along the way, she's learned that lasting success is built on trust, relationships, and clear communication.

At Forte Web Solutions, Sue brings that same approach to our clients. She listens, understands, and makes sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether it's building partnerships, keeping communication flowing, or finding creative solutions, Sue is the steady, reassuring presence that helps our clients feel supported every step of the way.
